ffa4u Platform

In this document, the following terms carry the meanings stated below unless the context requires otherwise:

• Platform — refers to the ffa4u website, mobile application, and all related services.
• User / Member — an individual who has registered a valid account and is not less than 21 years of age.
• Account — the personal profile registered by a user for the purpose of accessing ffa4u services.
• Balance — the actual cash amount (excluding bonuses) in a user's account that may be used for wagering or withdrawal.
• Bonus — free credits or other financial benefits granted by ffa4u subject to wagering requirements.
• Wagering Requirement — the amount that must be wagered before bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable balance.
• Deposit — the addition of funds into a ffa4u account using an approved payment method.
• Withdrawal — the transfer of funds from a ffa4u account to the user's personal payment account.

Registration and use of the ffa4u platform is limited to individuals who meet all of the following conditions:

• At least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Has full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
• Not located in a country or territory where online gambling is fully prohibited by local law.
• Registering in their own name only — registration on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
• Has not previously held a ffa4u account that was suspended or terminated due to a breach of terms.

During registration, you are required to provide your full legal name, an active mobile phone number, and a valid email address. Any false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in account termination without notice.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account at ffa4u at any given time. Holding multiple accounts by one individual is a serious breach that may result in the termination of all related accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

You are fully responsible for:

• Keeping your account password confidential and not sharing your login details with any other party.
• All activity that takes place through your account, including any unauthorised access, which you must report to our support team immediately.
• Updating your account information when changes occur, particularly your mobile phone number and email address.

ffa4u will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account if you have failed to take reasonable security measures.

ffa4u accepts deposits through the following payment methods, all of which support Ringgit Malaysia (MYR):

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the user's own name. ffa4u reserves the right to reject deposits made from third-party sources. Deposited funds are non-refundable except through a valid withdrawal process.

Withdrawals from a ffa4u account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawal processing time is between 15 minutes and 2 hours depending on the method and system load at the time.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same account or e-wallet used for the deposit, or to an account verified in the user's name.
• Any wagering requirements associated with a bonus must be fully met before the bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• ffa4u reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals that exceed a certain limit.

ffa4u offers various bonus offers to members. All bonuses are subject to eligibility conditions and wagering requirements. The main conditions for the Welcome Bonus are as follows:

• A bonus of 120% on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM500.
• Wagering requirement: the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before a withdrawal can be made.
• Calculation example: a deposit of RM100 generates a bonus of RM120, making the balance RM220. Wagering requirement = RM120 × 25 = RM3,000.
• Another example: a deposit of RM1,000 generates a bonus of RM500, making the balance RM1,500. Wagering requirement = RM500 × 25 = RM12,500.

ffa4u also offers a VIP programme with three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. VIP members are eligible for weekly cashback — up to 0.3% for Bronze, up to 0.7% for Silver, and up to 1.0% for Gold. Eligibility for tier upgrades depends on the member's level of playing activity.

The ffa4u platform offers various game categories including slots, live casino, sports betting, baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo and many more. Each game has its own specific rules, and users are responsible for understanding those rules before playing.

General provisions that apply to all games:

• Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a verifiable technical error.
• ffa4u uses a certified random number generator (RNG) to ensure fairness in all games.
• Any technical or network disruption during a game will be resolved according to our system records, which are considered final.
• The use of automated software, bots or any unauthorised method to assist in gameplay is strictly prohibited.

ffa4u users must interact with the platform and other users in a responsible and ethical manner. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Holding multiple accounts or registering using another person's identity.
• Collusion between players to gain an unfair advantage in a game.
• Use of software or specific methods to exploit vulnerabilities in the system or games.
• Fraud in any form, including unauthorised chargeback transactions.
• Money laundering or use of the platform for any illegal activity.
• Rude, threatening or harassing behaviour towards any staff or other users.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and bonuses, and legal action where necessary.

Users may close their account at any time by contacting the ffa4u customer support team via live chat or email. For responsible gambling purposes, we also provide a self-exclusion option for users who feel they need help managing their gambling habits.

ffa4u reserves the right to close or suspend a user's account without prior notice if:

• A violation of these terms and conditions occurs.
• There is suspicious or potentially illegal activity in the account.
• The user is found to have provided false information during registration or the verification process.
• There are instructions from the relevant authorities regarding the account in question.

The collection, storage and use of users' personal information is governed by the ffa4u Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. By using this platform, you agree to the data processing practices set out in our Privacy Policy.

In brief, ffa4u only collects information required for service operations, identity verification, payment processing and legal compliance. We will not sell or disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

To the extent permitted by law, ffa4u, its directors, employees, agents and licensees will not be liable for:

• Any direct or indirect financial losses suffered as a result of using the platform.
• Service interruptions or unavailability due to maintenance, technical issues or events beyond our control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a user's account due to the user's own negligence.
• Cryptocurrency exchange rate fluctuations that affect the value of deposits or withdrawals.

The ffa4u platform is provided "as is" and we make no express or implied warranties regarding its suitability for any particular purpose other than gambling entertainment.

ffa4u reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to users via their registered email or a prominent notice on this website.

Continued use of the ffa4u platform after amendments are published will be considered your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically to ensure you are always aware of the current applicable terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which ffa4u's international licence is granted. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms will first be resolved through direct negotiation between both parties.

If negotiations fail to reach a resolution, the dispute will be referred to arbitration in accordance with the procedures set by the relevant licensing body. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
